تخمين منبع معدنی مس و انجام مطالعات طراحی و بهينه‌سازی معدن در این پروژه در دستور کار قرار گرفت. همچنین نظارت بر ساخت جاده‌های دسترسی و استخراج معدن و انجام مطالعات فنی و اقتصادی نیز برای جز شرح خدمات این پروژه است. اما اصلی‌ترین بخش این پروژه شامل انتخاب سایت و طراحی لی‌اوت کلی و انجام مطالعات زیرساخت و نظارت بر EPCکارخانه ليچينگ با ظرفيت سالانه 5000تن است.
